Overview
Kinaz is a premium gated residential community in Tabuk Hills, Saudi Arabia — developed in alignment with Vision 2030 and the National Housing Company (NHC). The project required a website that matched the aspirational quality of the development itself: refined, bilingual, and built to convert prospective buyers.
We designed and developed a fully bilingual Arabic/English website that communicates the lifestyle, specifications, and location advantages of the community — from its 8.5 million sqm masterplan to its proximity to key city landmarks — while reflecting the prestige expected of a luxury real estate brand.
01
Full RTL/LTR language switching with a seamless user experience for both Arabic and English-speaking audiences across Saudi Arabia and beyond.
02
Interactive presentation of the 8.5M sqm community masterplan — communicating spatial layout, green zones, and residential clusters clearly.
03
Detailed presentation of villa typologies, floor plans, finishes, and specifications — designed to suit families of all sizes.
04
Proximity map communicating key distances — hospital 0.8km, university 1.5km, airport 2.4km — reinforcing the community's prime positioning.
05
Positioned in partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC), the site communicates the project's role in Saudi Arabia's national development agenda.
06
Integrated contact forms and phone CTA aligned to the Tabuk Park sales office — designed to convert site visitors into qualified buyer enquiries.
Technology
The site was built for speed, accessibility, and bilingual correctness — with particular attention to RTL layout rendering and mobile performance, given the primary Saudi audience accessing on mobile devices.
